I use these for training on the bike for long distances 5 or more hours.
Great for a prep workout snack. I use before a long walk. And carry with me for low sugars.

I carry this on my training runs. I also keep in my locker at work for those times when I don't get a lunch as I work in the operating room as a nurse It is filling and satisfying and doesn't upset my stomach.
I love these bars , Im bummed out they are not available anymore . I hope you guys come out with some new energy bars !
During long training days on the bike your energy depletes rather quickly, with the help of honey stinger I can keep riding and keep training with out a depletion of energy.
Super tasty bars! They go quick.... too quick. They don't hold up well against the Florida weather so RIDER's be wise about how and where you store these. Otherwise, a nice go to reward for a good day in the saddle!
Not my favorite product out of the bunch.
