Easy set up, many options. Although I'm still learning all of its functions, I'm really enjoying learning all the different things the phone is capable of.
As far as I can tell in the first week of use, it's a fine phone. Has all the features I wanted and many more that I'll probably never use. Photos seem improved over my previous Galaxy model about 4 years old. Watch and see if I update things after 6 months or so.
I love the new phone, but didn't realize that it isn't a open sim ... so now, even thought there's no contract, it's like being locked into a contract.
Battery life is great, camera is ok for mid priced phone. 5G service is fast. Phone is easy to operate.
First of all, the screen color was not very vibrant. The the back light seemed too low .there weren't as many features sa the a50 or the a51. The camera is also poor quality in terms of resolution and features. I ended up returning the phone anyway, because of some minor damage that likely occurred during shipment.
Had the phone less than a week. Trued to tun on my hotspot and the screen on the phone went crazy and then shut off. I would not recommend this phone to any body. Not even my worst enemy. Now i have a 300 dollar paperweight
Awesome camera and battery life (can actually leave on GPS and still good for 2.5 days). WiFi is a bit flakey. Biggest issue is 1st and the replacement phone both died for no apparent reason. Screen went into "matrix" mode and died 30 sec later..got a picture of it before it died second time around. No restart even after charging for 5 hrs. Used Samsung charger supplied with phone exclusively for 2nd phone. No change in software from old S7.
I've been using this phone for 2 weeks now and here is my experience. Pros: Camera is awesome and clear, lots of storage space, thin shell and not a bulky phone. Cons: It comes stock with way too many apps and features that I uninstalled immediately. It has constant issues with network errors that I've never had with any other phone resulting in the inability to call or text at all. Not sure why? The screen constantly glitches out with lines and freezes requiring a hard power reset. The cameras extra features are useless as every single time I tried to use them it crashed this phone until I disabled the extra features of the camera. In closing I am disappointed in the A32. I have been using Samsung phones for years as they have always been so reliable. The A32 however falls far short of my expectations. If you are a tech savvy user that likes android systems this phone seems like it is a good value for it's price point but you may just find yourself as frustrated as I have. Returning phone for something else.
I got the first A32 as a Christmas gift and was so happy with it until I turned it off to go to sleep and it went into Matrix mode. screen goes all pixels can't push any buttons stays on and then turns on and off like 10x in a row before coming back to home screen. We returned it and got a brand new A32 and not even 3 days later same thing this phone does NOT like to be turned off at all. If you turn it off it will go into Matrix mode and continue to restart itself and you can't do anything until it's burning hot and decides it's done. It turns off and turns on turns off and turns on all by itself without even going all the way to the home screen it's like it's frozen in reboot. Definitely NOT worth $300 price tag after all this trouble. It should be off the shelf. This phone needs to be looked into there's definitely a defect. Matrix mode is not normal I've never had a phone do that before and I've always used Androids. Returning today and getting an iphone I guess :(
I bought this phone almost 2 weeks it lasted 2 hours and it shut off it will not turn back on or charge I called a num of times but got the run around I am very disappointed
