Call of Duty: Ghosts delivers a riveting all-new gameplay experience built on an entirely new story, setting and cast of characters, all powered by a new, next generation Call of Duty engine that redefines the series for the next generation. For the first time in Call of Duty, gamers play as the underdog, fighting as part of a single squad against an enemy that has superior numbers and firepower. Call of Duty: Ghosts' genre-defining multiplayer delivers gameplay innovations throughout, including dynamic map events and character customization.
Call of Duty: Ghosts, Activision, Xbox One, [Physical], 84683 Single Player Campaign: Ten years after a devastating mass event, America's borders and the balance of global power have changed forever. As what's left of the nation's Special Operations forces, a mysterious group is known only as "Ghosts" leads the fight back against a newly emerged, technologically-superior global power. A New Call of Duty Universe: For the first time in franchise history, players will take on the underdog role with Call of Duty: Ghosts Outnumbered and outgunned, players must fight to reclaim a fallen nation in an intensely personal narrative. Gamers will get to know an entirely new cast of characters and visit locales in a changed world unlike anything seen in Call of Duty before. Multiplayer: In Call of Duty: Ghosts you don't just create a class, you create a soldier, a first for the franchise. In the new Create-A-Soldier system, players can change the physical appearance of their soldier by choosing the head, body type, head-gear, and equipment, and for the first time in a Call of Duty game, the player can also choose their gender. With 20,000 possible combinations, this is the most flexible and comprehensive character customization in Call of Duty history. New dynamic maps are the evolution of multiplayer. They include interactive elements and player triggered events that make the environment evolve as each match goes on. The entire landscape can shift and force players to change tactics and strategies. Call of Duty: Ghosts introduces new tactical player movements. The new contextual lean system now allows players to lean around obstacles without adding button combinations or fully leaving cover. The new mantling system allows fluid movement over objects while maintaining momentum. The knee slide allows for a natural transition from sprinting crouching to prone. Call of Duty: Ghosts delivers over 20 NEW Kill Streaks in Call of Duty: Ghosts such as Juggernaut Maniac, the Helo Scout, the Vulture, and the ODIN Strike. Players can even bring in guard dog Riley, from the single-player campaign, to protect and also to attack enemies. There are also over 30 NEW weapons, including an entirely new weapon class: Marksman Rifles. Squads: Build your team and take up to 6 of them into battle in the all-new Squads mode. This mode takes the best parts of the multiplayer experience and allows you to play either solo or cooperatively with the custom soldiers created and leveled up in multiplayer. The load-out choices you make for your Squad members will directly change the AI behavior of your squadmates. Give your soldier a sniper rifle and he'll behave like a sniper, and an SMG guy will be more run and gun. Extinction: A completely new 1 to 4 player, co-op game mode featuring a unique blend of fast-paced survival gameplay, base defense, player customization, and class leveling. Teamwork and communication are essential when playing Extinction, as your team faces an inhuman menace that has overrun an isolated Colorado town and you must eliminate the threat via any means necessary. ESRB Rating: MATURE with Blood, Strong Language, Drug Reference, and Intense Violence

I can't really say how great this product is because I ordered the Xbox One and found out later that I needed the Xbox 360 as this item is not compatible. But had no problem exchanging the item at my local Walmart. I have seen my child play this game with other kids and they all love it, so I am assuming that it is a great game!
The campaign mode has a good story and great guns to use. It don't too long to pass the game but overall is great. The multiplayer is pretty good but it's way different than the other cod games from my opinion. The maps are way bigger and the way you get your loadouts it's different and could be confusing. My advice play the story mode, play squad mode then play multiplayer.
First of all the graphics aren't the best , but they are good. The devs need more time to get used to Xbones gpu. However online play is fun and at the discounted online walmart price of only $35 I had to buy it.
My som loves this game!
My order came the day it was spose too. very happy ...Will continue to use this app in future 😀
I bought this game for my little brother to play on his new Xbox One. He seems to enjoy it rather well, the game looks pretty nice. I myself am not a huge Call of Duty fan, if anything I'm sorta against the franchise, but this game looks promising. I'm sure people play these games for the multiplayer, which is about the same for every Call of Duty game in my opinion. The thing that makes this Call of Duty stand out from the others is the campaign, this game seems to have a somewhat decent campaign. Other Call of Duty games really like in good single player storylines, but this one actually tries. Some assets are reused, but overall it was pretty good. Extinction mode is what it is, go around and blow up alien hives. I don't believe there's a story to go along with it, but it's pretty much shoot until you clear all the hives or die. All in all, when it comes to this game, you get what you paid for. Another generic First Person Shooter with a gritty/dark setting. This one does seem to have a fairly decent campaign, but from what I can tell, the multiplayer is you standard "Call of Duty" I suppose if it ain't broke, don't fix it? Anyway games pretty decent, it has it's fun moments, great way to kill some time.
To those who would have thought Call of Duty: Ghost was going to be a game-changer for the franchise, you were wrong. Infinity Ward still tries to milk the franchise by making the same game over and over again. The campaign was very linear. Nothing exciting at all. I usually love to play a game and complete the campaign first, but I just couldn't do it; I skipped to the multiplayer. For being on the Xbox One, I was expecting more out of the details of the scenery, the movement of the characters, things like that. It seems like the game was rushed to meet a certain release date, not caring at all for what the audience wants. Now, the Multiplayer. It had to be the WORST out of all the Call of Duty games. The maps were very crowded, too many areas where someone could camp (windows, broken areas in the wall, roofs, etc...), and they had no system to where they could prevent spawn-killing. They also had a very unorganized way of customizing load-outs. This is NOT a next generation game for a next generation console. But what was I expecting? It's Infinity Ward.
Don't expect to be wowed by this game. If you're new to the franchise, you may find it a enjoyable experience. But for someone who has play the series over the years, it's just the same old Call of Duty offers new. Multiplayer is the same just with some new tricks but nothing to keep you interested for a long time. Ghost's new extinction campaign is just a glorified arcade game. It's poorly designed and just not fun to play. Being able to use vehicles during the campaign was an added plus, but didn't add great value to the overall experience. Ghost is a just like its predecessors in a different package.
Campaign was ok. Multiplayer is horrible. Spend 30 seconds running across a level only to get killed from behind by someone who just spawned. Game mechanics seem slow. Whoever lands 1st bullet will for sure get the kill regardless if you are playing standard core vs. hardcore. Even with the right perks, it takes a long time to ADS, so you basically always have to hip fire. You get stuck on random objects in the maps, which makes moving fluidly very difficult. I have played every COD since COD 4, and this is by far the worst.
If you haven't bought this game. DONT!! The lag compensation is horrible. No tac insert. People camp kill confirmed to get kill streak rewards. If you back out of a lobby because you don't want to play with the same people, well you will get put back in 3-4 times. So now you got 3-4 losses you wouldn't normally have. Terrible game play. Oh ya. Maps are way to big for 6 on 6
