Very sturdy toy. My little granddaughter will love this!
My grandaughter loves it my husband made her a mini counter n she pretends shes cooking like me
This was a gift for my 3 year old grandson. He saw it in a toy store during a visit this summer. I had it mailed to him when he returned home. He is very interested in cooking and has a little kitchen. He has your felt pizza set, too. The mixer has enough moving parts to be interesting for him. He esp likes breaking the eggs.
It's a beautiful wonderful wooden blender. Highly recommend. My only complaint is I wish the knob and the blender mixer were made of wood also not plastic.
Our son is about 22 months old and has been enthralled with my stand mixer for most of his life. When we ordered this we knew he would love it. It is so great for his fine motor skills and he is thrilled to have his own little mixer. Definitely one of his top 3 favorite toys right now.
I bought the cake mix set for my granddaughter for her 7th birthday. She has recently started baking with her mom and now she can continue to mix batter, bake and decorate cakes for her baby dolls. It is well made and sturdy. Perhaps additional shaped pans (bundt, square) could be included.
All the Melissa and Doug items are awesome.
My little 2+ year-old granddaughter loves this toy mixer. Her eyes lit up on Christmas when she opened the present and she continually plays with it. It was truly her favorite gift. The toy is well made and has accessories like butter, bread, a baking pan, etc that keep little hands busy and creative.
I give this toy a 4.5/5 stars only because as soon as my kids opened it the box for the cake mix was ruined. Other than that this toy is fantastic! I have an 8,5,3, and 1 year old and they all enjoy it!
Also, a hit with the three year old, for the mixing action, but it could use a few more tweaks, like slices for the cake loaf as the egg has. And the eggs and butter pats are a tiny bit chunky for the mixing action of the beater, but all is doable and was fun for my grand-daughter.
