this is actually the 2nd time i bought this computer, because the first time the computer just locked up on me and there was clearly something wrong with it which at first disappointed me because i have always loved HP. But now this time my 2nd purchase has been great. Walmart returned my 1st computer with no problem and i am glad i stuck with this computer because it is super fast and just overall a great computer. The screen is really nice and bright and is extremelly sharp. It has more than enough power for me and i think it is a great buy even though i did receive a dud at first i am really happy with this computer.
This is a wonderful computer. We are loving it. Fast and easy to set up and so far not a problem at all. The Monitor has great picture.
I am just beginning to use my new computer, and so far it is great: large, clear screen. It is faster than my old one....and that I really appreciate. I was about to throw the old one out into the driveway!
Fast PC and great buy!
I haven't bought a computer in a several years and have only had Dells in the past. This was my first HP and although I was a bit unsure of what I'd get, I must say that so far I am very pleased. With Dell you have to customize your computer and spend a whole lot more money to up the specs to your liking. This computer came with all the specs already included for about $300 less than what I would've paid for an equivalent Dell.
I am very pleased with this computer. It was easy to set up and has worked great! Great speed and wonderful graphics!!! I would highly recommend this machine for anyone....it works great for my home office!
for the price, it wouldn't have hurt them to throw in a basic wi-fi card. Nothing fancy, just something basic, cheap. Other than that, I love this thing! Fast, the screen is the right size and so clear. My games are running beautifully, websites display beautifully, and I love how fast Avast scans on this machine. I've had the pleasant surprise of accidentally getting a bluray copy of Oneechanbara, but thankfully I found the computer can play bluray. A pleasant surprise!!! (If it turns out it can burn bluray, I'll be in heaven!) You'll love those tiny speakers, because they put out a lot of sound for their size. They draw their power from the computer, but there are more than enough usb ports on here. Things you probably won't like: The mouse. It looks nice & feels comfortable but the stupid thing SQUEAKS on every click. The keyboard, while set up with some useful keys, feels awkward to me. I'm probably going to invest in an ergonomic one. I'm very satisfied. It was a good purchase, and I see it lasting very long so long as we take care of it with regular maintenance.
I purchased this computer solely to use for work. I find myself using it all the time now. It is super fast and the monitor is an added +++. Great computer and I have never owned a HP before. I am or was a dell girl but HP has won me over with this one. The only minus is I have to have it hard wired to my internet and printer. My printer has a wireless feature but I can't use it on this computer. My dell has the wifi so I can print from it wirelessly.
I ordered this computer online at walmart.com and received it sooner than expected. The setup was extremely easy and this computer is FAST! I use a wireless usb to access the internet, therefore I'm truly impressed with the internet access speed. It has other perks that are too numerous to mention, but I will say that if you're looking for a decent upgrade, this computer gives you all the bells and whistles. It's an excellent buy and cost less online than in my local stores.
My husband and I purchased this computer today. I was very impressed with the size and quality of the monitor, also the memory and hard drive space that is included for the price. The only thing I did not realize is that this computer does not have a built in wireless internet adapter. After setting up our computer, we searched the box, the manual, and the computer itself to try to find out if it does or not. We had to call HP to find out that we have to either buy a USB wireless adapter or a wireless card that has to be installed inside the computer- both of which range from $40-$100+. I would not have purchased this computer had I known that it did not come with it because our computer does not sit in a room with a phone jack.
