Great phone to buy, haven't had any problems with it, I got it as a gift for my husband &he absolutely loves it.
After breaking my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini, I figured it was time for an upgrade. I love the Samsung Galaxy series phones and after looking at a lot of reviews online for the Luna, I decided that this is the one for me! I've been using Straight Talk for years and I have really good service wherever I go. I would recommend this phone to anyone who loves the galaxies but don't love the outrageous price tags.
The first phones we purchased were not scanned before shipping so could not activate them. They had to be returned. New phones were sent. they have been activated and work just fine.
I have had problems getting the right phone. I even returned an Apple I Phone because it didn't do what I wanted/needed. This phone is great! Easy to use and has so much storage I have more games than I can play at the moment, Try it, you'll love it
I bought this phone for a friend and found it very easy to set up and navigate . Very bright touch sensitive screen. Very easy to use. They found it easy and quick to charge. Loves the set plans with no suprises
My 12 year old grandson had this phone for 2 years and never broke the screen. He lost it at school , so of course I'm replacing it with the same phone for this Christmas .
I am very happy with this phone as it is a big upgrade from my old, very basic Samsung smart phone. It's faster, clearer, bigger, etc. Just bummed that when I tried to buy it in the store on black Friday for $19.99 they didn't have any left (I was told they only had two to begin with), so I had to pay $99 to buy it online, and had to wait for it to be back in stock. Very happy with the phone...SO much better than my old one and not too sophisticated and complex for my learning curve.
The phone looks great and it is fairly easy to use. However, the phone has so much restored on it that I do not use. I find it very frustrating because I have no room on my phone to do anything. I find it frustrating that there is absolutely no room on my phone.
I hate this phone, for me worst ever. I have never had a phone that freezes up so much. Plus never gets service. Its not my phone service because before I got this phone i never had a problem with service. Its almost better not using it at all because it stresses me out. I got it on Thanksgiving and had to replace the card all ready because it just quit working, period. ugg go with another phone..
Bought this phone during the Black Friday specials, in fact bought 2 so that when my Verizon contract was up I could switch. It has been nothing but trouble for my boyfriend. Glad I didn't switch to Straight Talk. Have called to customer service 4 or 5 times. Have used the sim card out of what was going to be my phone so my boyfriend could have a phone. Now need the sim card again. He's without a phone again. Service sucks & so does the phone.
