I've been using this product for about two years and I love it. Blends in very well and no irritation to my skin. This product is a lot better than powder or liquid foundations.
For the most part I only wear Department-store foundation because im hard to match... But i saw this and was sold as soon as i saw it... It rolls on smooth... you never look over done... mistake proof... The only thing is im a C3 in the liquid True Match but looking at the compact C3 looked SUPER dark so i bought C1-2 and looked WHITE... C3 was perfect the best match EVER... Will ALWAYS have one at home and one in my bag... Loreal you did it again...
I Love love LOVE this new product by L'oreal. I've been using this for the past 5 days, and find the makeup to be very smooth and wonderful to put on! I've always used a sponge (not my fingers) to apply liquid makeup and so when I saw that it was a roller sponge I was so happy! The makeup glides on and isn't HEAVY like some other brands. It gives the perfect finish, and I can leave the house with it on without wearing anything else and feel just as beautiful as when I put all of my makeup on.
I don't like the liquid foundaition so when this prosuct came out I decided to buy it and it has workes great for me. I have several red spots on my face, not pimples just superficial and it covers it. It also covers redness. As I read in other review it leaves streaks but just if you put much make up on the roller but as you keep applying it , it blends really well. The final result is really flawless and natural.
As a make-up artist I know that cream foundation covers the best, but the drawback is that it can usually look unnatural and a bit theatrical, but this was not the case with Loreal True Match Roller. I went on extremely light, it looked like it came with a powder finish and the roller really rocks! I think it's the combination of really good cream foundation and the roller that worked well. Good job!
I just got this other other day, and have only used it 3 times so far. I have combination to oily skin, and the coverage stays all day. Feels lightweight. I do agree with another reviewer, it does transfer easily. The roller is great, no more makeup on my fingers. It does take a little getting used to, to get the makeup on my nose and around my eyes, but once I figured it out, it's easy.
Once I got used to the roller I thought it was a good product. The only issue I have is that it seems to transfer easily. For example, I have a blackberry and the makeup consistently transfers to the tracball when I am on the phone, which is not ideal for me. However as far as the makeup itself is concerned, provides decent coverage and lightweight
I saw it and had to have it! I thought to myself how much more perfect and easy could a foundation get! The roller is a joke! I thought it would allow even coverage but it did the opposite! it left lines all over my face and you have to kind of go up and down to get it to apply which causes it to clog your pores when you drag it upward (yeah the break outs i got from it are nice!) and it couldn't be applied to the crease around your nose and near your eyes.. the make up its self is decent but the roller is really a JOKE
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this product. It streaks, does not blend no matter how much you use, and my pores looked huge. I wouldn't leave my make-up table with this product on. The roller leaves lines and the product is extremely dry. I was looking for a natural coverage of some imperfections.
This foundation provides horrible coverage and gave my skin a chalky appearance. It actually drew more attention to acne and other flaws I was attempting to cover. It settled into lines on my face that I didn't even know were there (I am only 26). The roller applicator does not conform to the face for flawless even coverage as the ads claim. It is awkard to use. Do not waste your money on this dud!
