These are the best probiotics I have ever taken. They were recommended to me by a nurse when I was suffering with a stomach virus. I haven't had any stomach problems since I've started taking them almost a year ago. The best recommendation ever.
I eat a whole food, plant based diet without added salt, oil, or sugar and was still having some digestive distress. Started on a course of this product 2 weeks ago and have very clear signs of relief and improvement in my digestion and overall health and mood. Recommending this project to friends and family. Just prepare yourself for some ill side effects initially while your systems gets into balance.
I purchased this probiotic as it contained several strains that I was advised to incorporate into my diet to deal with some ongoing digestive issues. The strains are B. breve and L. rhamnosus. I have only been taking this product for less than 2 weeks; however, I have seen some improvement with my digestive issues.
These probiotics work nicely while keeping myself in a calm state. I love the duality of this product. I look forward to keeping it in my daily routine.

I didn't notice any difference but I only took them for a month. I was using same brand before just not that one for Mood so maybe that's why I didn't notice a change. I'll go back to my usual Garden of Life probiotics cuz cheaper. Mood might work if you haven't been on probiotics before.
I haven't noticed any differences. I'm taking it because I was told its good for me and was hoping it would help me with my mood. Again, no noticeable differences of any sort. Also, it was shipped without coldpack.
I thought this product was coming in a shelf stable container and packaging. I was surprised to see the capsules in a bottle usually used for the refrigerated variety. I'm not sure how effective the product is now. But I do always buy this probiotic because of the relaxing effect just before bed. So it is a good product, just never sure if I should buy it only refrigerated or shelf stable.
