I was apprehensive, but was completely blown away that it seems to be of equal quality as some of the more expensive uniform clothing. My daughter absolutely loved it. The built in spandex type shorts are great and is not visible from the outside of the shirt. Well done Walmart!!
This is a decent skirt(with shorts underneath) that follows most dress codes. It is well made and fits my daughter fairly well. The only drawback is that her school's dress code is a little stricter than most and the skirt does not come down to her knees (though this may be because she is rather tall). Overall, it is a wonderfully cute skirt and probably would be perfect for most children who are required to wear a uniform.
