It definitely helped my baby and I sleep during the night..
My girls love having pillow spray nightly. I love have this spray isn't harsh and has a calming scent without being over powering!
While I didn't notice any effect on how my toddler sleeps, it's a nice addition to our bedtime routine to spray on his pillow. Does smell nicely of lavender with a hint of chamomile.
While it's marketed specifically for kids with attractive packaging, in terms of its actual function, it doesn't seem much different from other organic bed sprays. The scent is pleasant enough and does create a calming atmosphere in the room, but I haven't noticed any significant difference in its effectiveness compared to other similar products. If you're looking for a basic bedtime spray with a kid-friendly appeal, it's a decent choice. However, don't expect it to have unique properties beyond what you would find in a regular bed spray.
