I'm a galaxy and android fan, so the phone was very easy to use. Actually purchased it as the 1st smartphone for my mother and she has adapted to its use very well. Only complaint so far is that we purchased it refurbished and she is saying that the speakerphone is not working 100% when she uses it. Many on the other hand says they cannot hear her or she is far away. She has no problems when the phone is not on speakerphone.
i love the app that comes installed that u can use a stylus to handwrite notes & to do lists, etc. It has alot of neat features and extras. Takes a while to get use to carrying around a larger phone but the plus side is the larger screen. I wish the cool 16 mp camera carried over to the lame only 2mp front facing camera :( Plus this phone does NOT come with a SIM card. I bought the extra space micro chip because i was aware that was extra obviously but now have to wait 2-3 more days to get the SIM card to activate the phone since i just found out i had to order one after receiving this (which took a week itself to get & didn't offer me to pay extra for faster shipping.) Sooo, other than those 2 things (FF camera& SIM) i really am looking forward to such an awesome phone! My husband loves his and it's been over a year.
I bought this for my son. I was gonna suprise him with it but, in trying to set it up, I learned that the capitalize button doesn't work on it. I'm trying to set it up via wifi. When you press the button to capitalize a letter, it press both the symbol and a button at the same time. I'm gonna have to take it back. I don't know what else is wrong with it cause I never got passed the set up process.
Got the refurbished phone in with a 3-month phone service but stuck the SIMS card in and the phone is locked only to Verizon and Wireless when it said it was unlocked very disappointed and very upset. so I cannot even use the phone
The phone initially was fine other than the battery cover was cracked, It worked well for 6 months and then stopped charging.
The first phone I ordered did not power on, now this one has bugs. It freezes up, the screen goes out. I'm so disappointed. I had no problems with my refurbished Galaxy 4 I bought a few years ago from Wal-Mart.
This phone was not functioning correctly within 5 minutes of opening. Complete garbage. They need a quality control person who does their job.\n

bought this phone. SD card slot won't read any of the SD cards. not to mention. they didn't come with a sim card. so now I get to go out and buy a sim card just for my phone to work. sad really. paid 100.00 for it on walmart.com and it didn't even come with sim card. or instructions.
Within 20 minutes of activating the phone it overheated and shut itself down. Returned it to a local Walmart for a refund
