i really like these pants, i just wish they had pockets. the last order of the same pants i had a problem with though. i ordered a size larger, which was too big,but that was not the real problem. i was sent two different sizes. this time i ordered a size smaller and they were both what i ordered,and they fit just fine..i really like the softness of the material inside and out. it does not pile up.
I bought one pair of these "sweats" when in the local store. I was attracted by the price, and the fact that the item had plus size/petite sizing. Well, I absolutely LOVE them!! I quickly bought two more pair online, and recommend them to everyone who comments on how nice they look.

These pants are soft with a nice fleece finish inside. I am 5' 6" tall but ordered Petite to avoid the bottoms dragging in Winter slush and snow. Also, regular often runs long and I didn't feel like taking up the hems. When they arrived they seemed a bit long. The invoice was marked that the order was for Petite pants. However, the pants themselves were not marked Petite. Rolling the waistband over 1x adjusted the length of the pants and I didn't have to take them up. Also, these pants do not have any pockets. I didn't check before ordering to see if they did have pockets, so it's my oversight. I would have given another star for styling if they had at least 1 pocket. I will order more carefully next time. Overall, though, these pants are good quality at a very good price.
Why does no one make clothes for people who are 5'3"? I ordered these because they were the shortest I could find on the Internet and local stores. I hoped to wash them in hot water and dry on high and they might shrink a bit. No luck. Nothing shrinks when you want it to. I guess short people can't work out. The best I can do it take them to a tailor and have them hemmed or cut them off for shorts. For those who are taller than 5'3" the quality is excellent. They won't shrink and you will love them.
No pockets which I would prefer but otherwise they are great for sleeping in.....only thing.....you might want to order them a size larger. I ordered them for my size and washed them right off and they are a little snug....either they shrunk down a little or they are normally small fitting.
I like these so far (and ordered more because of the cost) but they are a little long on me and I am 5'7" tall. I kept them because they are comfortable and the price was right. I wear a lot of fleece during the fall and winter, when I am home, as I like to keep the heat down and still keep my legs warm. I haven't put them through the wash yet so we will see. As I said, I ordered more and wouldn't have done that if they didn't work for me. They are a reasonable, lightweight fleece for everyday wear.
They were longer than expected, but still usuable with my athletic shoes. Nothing on the label says "petite" so I am wondering if they shipped the wrong ones, however the packing slip says they are petite. I like the wider waistband; very comfortable.
It appears JMS has changed their sizing; I have always worn a 2X which would normally be a 22W-24W. These came in really snug and when I look closer I see the 2X is now a 18W-20W. Had to reorder larger and return others to local store. Pretty good buy, though; and I like the fact that a Petite is available on line.
Many years ago I bought them, loved them and wore them to shreds. In 2012 I re-purchased 5 pairs of the navy blue and 4 out of 5 had a shorter leg on one side after washing. This year I re-purchased 5 pairs of black. After the first wash (according to instructions in cool water, with gentle detergent and drying on low they shrank all-over about 3-4 inches and some have a bunched shorter leg on one side. If you think yours are to long wash them and see if they will fit you after drying. I have long legs and need a 30-31" inseam which they had and plenty more when they arrived. Pre-washed the label said? I do not think so. I also had never ever a Product with 50% polyester shrink on me in 40 or so years no matter how I washed the item. Since they are soft I might just cut them to wear as sleep shorts. SOOOOOOO Disappointed.
