My daughter loves it. It went four days from 100% to 50% and was still going strong. I decided to charge it though because it was the beginning of a new week and I didn't want charging it to get lost in the shuffle of the week. Charging it probably took 15 minutes. I was surprised. My daughter loves tracking her steps and it doesn't bother her at school. She even sleeps in it. She forgets that she's wearing it. She loves knowing the time instead of relying on teachers during school. It does connect to my phone so when she's home she gets my phone calls and some notifications but she thinks it's cool and I know it can be turned off. It seems durable. The charging cord is really short but does the job.
We have had Fitbit products in the past and they have never disappointed. It was easy to make a family account and link the Fitbit to my app. I've enjoyed seeing her stats with mine… though I will say I'm super jealous of how much more sleep she gets than me haha! The sale price was great and the quality of the product thus far has been what I expect from Fitbit. She likes her Fitbit a lot and we are happy!
This Watch only tracks kids movements and tells time. It doesn't have cámara or games. For me, it was just what I wanted, to see how responsible my child is. Simple to use and has a long last battery. My child loves it.
The band didn't last more then 2 weeks. the replacement band has proven more durable. For some reason, it accumulates steps while asleep, so not sure how accurate it is, but it keeps my son active. I really love the weekly digest of activity that sends via email.
Setup took so long. I was taken through loops. The watch requires a child Google account. I could not create one, but eventually realized it was because I was put into my father's family group and he was the account holder. Once I released myself from it, I was able to set it up. What a dissaster. It's a child watch, shouldnt need to go through this. I should have just been able to link it up to my fitbit account by adding a child.
Very disappointed! Product is obviously used, packaging is damaged and torn. Shame on the seller for sending an item like this.
Cannot set up with supervised child account. All Google children under 13 are supervised accounts. Customer service could not resolve. Returned to store immediately.
FAKE. Sent a fake! My friends was fake as well. RETURNED DUE TO FRAUD this is NOT a FitBit
my kid loved this fitness watch! tracking steps and sleep was easy. so cute and really motivated them to be active. and then it stopped working. completely. after just a few weeks. fitbit support is sooo hard to navigate. i just want the watch to work. such a bummer. waste of money, unfortunately.
i cant get this watch to connect to my phone n ive tried everything n done every single step its asked but nothing..it keeps telling me i have to delete all my google accounts n just have a account for my child n even that doesnt work..very disappointed bcuz my daughter has been asking for this watch for a yr n i bought it for her bday a few wks ago n she hasnt been able to use it once!!
