And you can't go wrong with lavender. I've been fighting itchy painfully dry skin on my legs for 8 years. No other health problems. I finally found a regime that works for me. I shower about every 3 or 4 days. Dry my body except for my legs. Step out of the shower and lather on this lotion with the moistness left by the shower water. Then I add a palm warmed nubbin of Pure Unrefined Shea Butter on top to seal everything in. I rub until it is worked in.
This lotion is by far my favorite from this brand. It smells amazing, not too strong but not too subtle and it keeps my skin moisturized through out the day. Will definitely purchase again.
I love this body lotion! It helped my skin stay beautiful & moisturized, it has become my go to body lotion. I LOVE all the Alaffia products I use & double love the company's ethos!
Watery. Had to apply to skin. Don't feel very moisturized. Smells good. Decent price for size. This isn't for me. Others might like it. I thought it would be creamy. Won't buy again.
Product arrived damaged didn't receive paperwork to return or receive a refund so product is sitting in my closet
Seemed watered down. I have been using Shea for years and this product did not offer what I was expecting. No type of moisture seal that I have noticed in my other shea product. Thin liquid like a watered down lotion
I couldn't untwist the cap no matter how hard I tried. I have to completely remove the cap to use the lotion. Didn't have this issue with the body wash. It's such a hassle.
So dissapointed that they changed the formula recently. This used to be the only clean and affordable lotion on the market. Now it is like water and irritates my skin. So so sad to have to look elsewhere for a simple lotion that actually works.
I have been buying this lotion for so many years but recently the formula has changed and the quality has gone way down. This used to have a nice thickish smooth texture and now has a thin slimy texture, followed by a thick waxy feel. Feels bad on my skin and isn't very effective. I won't be buying it anymore
I rebought this product. It now has cell alcohol in it and it's lime putting water on my skin it's so thin. Past product went on thick and had to work it in a bit. So disappointed. Will not be ordering. Must be thinning it down with more water. Don't understand why someone with a great product would risk loosing customers by changing a great product.
