Wal-Mart has the best price of anyone for Mobil 1 full synthetic oil. The real surprise was I was able to pick it up at our local stoe. That's not ship to store but in stock. That's surprising as the oil I bought is a special blend for European cars!
I started using Mobil1 because it is recommended/required by Mercedes for the car I have. Over the 7 years I've been usin it, it has performed very well. I push my car hard occasionally without fear of the oil failing to do its' job. Mercedes recommednds changing at 15K mile intervals. Given my driving style, I think that is too long. I change the oil and filter every 8K-9K miles or once a year.
0W40 is the only Mobil 1 oil grade that has the additives necessary for European cars with gasoline engines. You will not find this at a better price than at Walmart. Additionally, there are Mobil rebates out there pretty regularly, be sure to find and use them.
Since nearly every manufacturer recommends Mobil 1, it gotta be decent. And it is. At $25, competitors from BP, Pennzoil or Chevron either are the same or cost more, which makes those a hard buy. The packaging is great for pouring into the engine, though a top handle would be nice (see Shell's Rotella bottles). At 120,000 miles, my engine has no problems, even when using other brands, though always full synthetic. Overall, the performance, durability, and longevity are top tier, so for the right price, it is definitely worth it.
Oil does its job! Is what the manufactured recommended for my vehicle so I just decided to stick with it. And it was a great price at Walmart versus your AutoZone's and other auto stores.
No valve noise after i start the cold engine. In hot run perfect and have too much power for twin turbo. I recomended this 0w-40 mobil 1 full syntetic motor oil.

received an incorrect order. one of the 0w-40 was wrong. walmart shipped 5w-20 i can't use the product shipped by walmart. how can this problem be corrected
this is my first time picking up a Walmart order from Advanced Auto parts. item description clearly states you order a multipack of Six but when going to the story they said it was a single jug. either Advance Auto parts or Walmart would own up to what was ordered
