I have had a couple HP printers and a Epson printer. I am impressed with the print quality of this printer versus the other brands I have purchased. I got this printer on Black Friday for $69 so I am really glad I decided to brave the crowds. The online error message guide is a really nice perk. Not having to have my laptop connected to the printer is wonderful.
I originally had posted that this printer did no function with Windows 7. My brother bought the same printer and got his to work...I then wanted to install the software on the Cd onto my laptop which has Windows 7 and all worked perfectly and I can now print. This means the problem is with my desktop computer and not Windows 7. I am now enjoying being able to print from where I am with my laptop.
EASY ORDERING, TIMELY SITE TO STORE AND WAS EVEN TEXT WHEN PRODUCT WAS AVAILABLE IN THE STORE. FOR THE PRICE AND THE LOW COST OF INK I THINK VERY GOOD DEAL (:
This is a Wireless All-in-One printer. I always wanted because I fell in love with it from the first time that I saw the Kodak commercial. It also prints very good pictures. I did my research and Kodak ink is the lowest ink price to buy.
Purchased this printer about a month ago and am very happy with it. I haven't hooked up the fax yet or tried to use it, but went with this one because the ink is much cheaper than Hp ink. It prints sharp and fast. Really like the ink level display always showing on the front. Would purchase another one!
I ordered this printer a few weeks ago, but I'm just now able to use it. So far, it is a great printer. The color prints look amazing. So many great features. I can't wait to create and print projects.
very easy to set-up. it took 45 minutes to remove from box and set -up to home pc and get the wifi working for my laptop
This is the ideal all-in-one for the "hip" senior today. Everything you need is at your fingertips with the ease of a wreless as well. You don't have to worry about wires, just plug in the phone jack when faxing. I'm really pleased. Thanks, Kodak!
I got this printer on the black Friday Sale and I am so glad I did! This is a great printer. It was so easy to set up and works perfectly. It has so many features and I LOVE it! I am glad I waited to buy a printer for the sale. The ink is so much cheaper than the other brands and that is a big issue. Anything to try and save money helps. Kodak wireless all in one printer ROCKS! Best printer I have ever owned and I have been through many . I have used it since I took it out the box. I am a printing fool now lol. If you are hesitating on buying this printer, DONT! It is an awsome printer~
I've started using these reviews after my issues w/ this printer. It started up just fine, went together quickly, and installed on my desktop w/ no issues. The issues started once I tried to install the software on my laptop. I couldn't even get the program to start. Tried looking online for a solution first, and saw many, many, horrible reviews on these products, and started getting a bit worried. I was finally able to get Kodak customer support on the phone (another service company that contracts their calls out to a call center in the middle east somewhere, so it took longer than normal because of the language barrier issues). I will say the lady on the phone was very polite and as helpful as she could be, gave her access to the computer to set it up, which she was only partially able to do, so I lost all of the additional features from the software, but hey, I was able to print, and had the software on the desktop, I could live w/ that. Now, only a week or two later, and I can't print again wirelessly. It's not my connections, because everything is connected to the same wireless router, the printer is just not receiving the signals. And now Kodak can do nothing about it. I will also say there were more than quadruple the number of complaints on the consumer complaints board on Kodak products, compared to any of the other manufacturers out there. It seems the ink is cheaper, but the # of pages you can print on the ink, is drastically reduced compared to others. Hmmm....think this is going straight back to the store and I'll go back to my trusty HP, which was still working, it just didn't have a wireless option on it.
