AllTechRevival (Pro Seller) is awesome. The Breville Bit More Toaster I ordered was damaged during shipping. I contacted the seller who notified me that was the last toaster they had in stock. I was bummed because it was a good price for that toaster and they had no others left in inventory to send me. I initiated the refund process with Walmart. Then a few days later, much to my surprise, I received the toaster by UPS today. It is really cool that AllTechRivial went out of their way to find the same toaster at Williams Sonoma and arranged to have it sent to me! The Seller and the toaster get 5 stars!!!
After doing my research, I decided to opt for this toaster. What really captivated me was its 4 slices capacity. You heard that right, it houses 4 slices of bread! It's a total game changer, especially for those busy mornings. When the smell of freshly toasted bread wafts through your home, you'll know you've made the right choice. We replaced the exact, same toaster with a new one after the old one 's coils stopped working completely on one whole side. We'd used it a lot for about 7 years. Before re-ordering the same thing, I read Consumer Reports, and even though I wanted a new look, this toaster was rated the highest in customer satisfaction and reliability. A no-brainer to stick with it. So I guess life expectancy of a toaster must be about what we experienced. We like the design with the controls on the wide side; like that it does 2-4 regular slices or 2 long ones; like the defrost feature; like that we can check the toasting progress mid-cycle (pulling up the level). When this one goes in 7-ish years, we'll probably check CR and see if this style is still well-liked. I'd buy it again. And did!!
