I bought my first bottle and thought I noticed something, I was afraid it was a placebo effect, so I didn't reorder it right away. A month later I noticed my mood was not as good as when I was taking Dopa-Mind, so I ordered it again and sure enough my mood was noticeably elevated on an everyday basis after I started using it again. That was enough proof for me. (some days I ask myself "why do I feel so good?", and I think of Dopa-Mind and all the other Life Extension products I'm taking!)
I have a rest and quietness in my mind that I don't think I ever really had. About 2 weeks after taking this I noticed that there no fretting and worry but a real quietness that I had not had. For those who fear they are at risk of cognitive decline, they need to identify what sort of cognitive decline is looming. I would have rated it 5 stars except for the fact that the largish solid capsule shape is hard for me to swallow. Also it absorbs moisture readily and becomes gummy. I have never taken a supplement that I could tell such almost instant difference. In grasping for words. However, the tablets are rough and really need a coating. This product needs to be coated so it does not feel rough when it gets wet in your mouth. The results are good, but I highly suggest to whoever can change the pill. I have a very hard time swallowing pills this large, but because it is not coated and feels rough once it gets wet, it gets stuck and is really hard to swallow. 3 stars is only because of the difficulty swallowing it.
