Am use to quick delivery...it seemed to take a while for delivery, maybe that's why delivery is free. Otherwise it was packed nicely and no damaged boxes. Very nice kettle..you get what you pay for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last year upon our relocation to the US. It still doing her amazing job boiling water for my cup of tea or coffee. I used it for countless times during the year and it did got some water marks on the inside part but easily came off by boiling chopped off lemon. I love it so much. But hey.. why won't I? It surely looks good on my kitchen.

It is nice to be able to quickly heat off the water (without a stove or microwave) and enjoy. We have a guest room on that level as well and my guests will surely enjoy making their own tea alongside the Keurig coffee maker.

I am impressed with how fast the water boils and how the lever clicks up when water is hot without a whistling sound. The pretty sage green color matches my toaster. My husband and I enjoy our daily cup of tea in the afternoon.
Nice looking on my counter, works well so far. But water left in it more than a few minutes aquires a bad taste and odor leaching out from the plastic parts inside the reservoir. I hope this will eventually go away.
The finish is peeling off after just 1.5 years. Other than that works fine, just disappointed in the finish
