[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I updated my cooktop to a stainless steel model and found the LG to be the best design with lighted knobs, and 5 burners. Very simple and so easy to clean. I have researched the quality and elegance and decided to update my kitchen to LG. The refrigerator is done and will be saving for the rest!

One of the best LG purchases I've made! The 36" gas Studio cooktop is beautiful and really accents our kitchen! The LED burner knobs are a great feature, and adds a nice glow while cooking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We have been very happy with the cooking experience and burner format. We did have an issue with them knob supports (clear plastic piece that keeps knob smooth and level). LG has sent replacements for all of them. Awaiting receipt.
Every thing works great, but the imprint for the graduations for the burner knobs, that of the 'utlralheat" has started to wear off and the center burner tarnished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very displeased with this gas range. I used it only for the 2nd time since it was installed and cooked some chicken in a little bit of olive oil. The oil splattered a little and landed on the 4 other burners that were not being used. The oil discolored the caps and heads and now I cannot get them clean. I soaked them in hot soapy water overnight, like LG suggested, and they never came clean. Very bad design and the metal that was used to make them should be changed to something that does not stain.
Not at all happy with the cooktop! The “ink” has all come off and the knobs have a plastic bottom and have all cracked/broken off.
I bought gas cooktop LSCG367ST a couple years ago and the knobs started falling apart. It looks like poor quality of plastic has been used. It is practically impossible to find part number or new knobs replacement. Metal top part of knobs became separated from plastic under it and stop function.
Oh my LG problem works had problems. The refrigerator broke four times and they finally gave me a full refund on it. The dishwasher is now making a grinding noise. All the knobs On my stove top broke in less than four years..
