I have my entire family taking probiotics. These probiotics are easy to swallow with the smooth gel capsule. They definitely help me with gas and bloating. When we are on vacation or I forget to take them I can definitely tell. Anytime I have any sort of digestion issues I make sure I get my probiotics. It always seems to help. These come in a nice bottle easy to open and close and store in your cupboard. I know they are good to help with the immune system as well so I always feel a little better knowing we are a bit more protected from getting sick with the help of the probiotic. My husband and I both are taking these daily. I highly recommend adding a probiotic to your diet and this one works great!
As I've gotten older I've had issues with my digestive track. My Dr. suggested trying a probiotic. I've only been using for two weeks & have just started to see some results Will c PK continue to use for remaining 2 wk supply before I expect to see full affects. If it work's as expected I intend to purchase again & keep using this product. Hoping I'll see full tesults at end of 30 days. I'm recommending based on results thus far..
I've taken many probiotics simply because I have slow digestion. I do what I can to increase the regularity of my bowel movements. I follow a typical healthy diet with aid from fiber supplements, but I still have irregularity. I've had success with incorporating fermented foods in my diet like kimchi and kombucha, but I found probiotics are the way to go. I've been trying this for two weeks now and I haven't experienced much difficulty going in the morning. The capsules given here are small and easy to swallow, and you only have to take one. I wasn't on any probiotic for a few weeks before this one, and after a few days of consistently taking a pill before bed, I've seen the usual improvement I've experienced when taking a good probiotic supplement or food. These are a great option and I recommend supplementing with a probiotic in general if you have any digestive irregularites.
I know digestive health isn't a popular topic but let me tell you I'm two weeks in and my digestion is very much improved. With 51 billion units it has really gotten me on track. It has completely taken care of my irritable bowel syndrome. I like that it's dairy free and helps boost your immune system. I wish I had found these sooner. I would definitely recommend this item. It comes in a small, vegan capsule. Since starting this supplement, and having been on it for a month, I notice better digestion and no bloating. However, I have noticed an increase in gas. Perhaps taking it longer will help with that issue. Searching for a good probiotic is a difficult process, but I think this is a very good product.
I'm very happy with this product. I follow the directions and take one per day in the morning on an empty stomach. I feel good about taking these probiotics, based on their ingredients. I'm equally as glad that there are certain ingredients that are not included, which could be considered unnecessary.
I have taken many brands of probiotics and I can say without a doubt this 1MD complete platinum is by far the best one I've used so far. After a couple of days I didn't have that uncomfortable feeling in my gut like I normally do. This complete formula with it's 51 billion live CFU really calmed the bad bacteria in my gut. They didn't make me sick or bloated. I am super impressed with these probiotics.
I like these capsules, easy to swallow and I'm not a lover of capsules usually. I also like the fact they list all the things its not got for people with any type of allergic reaction to certain ingredients. Shellfish free wheat free dairy free peanut free Always good to know
I have been using probiotics to help with reoccurring problems with me stomach, digestive system and other issues. I found that I must take these with food or they will make you feel sick. Drink plenty of water and do not drink any alcohol. These do well with vaginal health as well as assisting with going to the bathroom everyday. I recommend these. Don't take on an empty stomach.
1MD's Complete Probiotics capsules have everything necessary to be called complete. 51 Billion CFU (colony forming units), of 11 probiotic strains for your digestive health. The non GMO formula is also free of shellfish, dairy, peanut and wheat ingredients. The recommended dose is 1 capsule daily, taken on an empty stomach or between meals, as such a bottle will last you 30 days. I had no issues with taking that dose, and the 3/4 inch long capsules were easy to swallow. One thing to keep in mind, as a daily supplement, 5-10 billion for children and 10-20 billion CFU's for adults seems to be the recommended dosage for general health. You should do your research to see if higher CFU counts justify the premium price they command. Although my bottle didn't have the fancy silver cap shown online, this is a quality product, especially if the reason your taking it requires a higher than normal dosage.
