[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love baking and I love teaching my grand daughter to bake. She seems to take to it quite naturally and she loves to bake for her friends and family. She has learned all sorts of techniques, from sifting to how to brulee, soft ball stage to making ganache. She is most happy when making desserts, especially chocolate. (What girl isn't?) So when I got these HERSHEY'S Kitchens Cinnamon Baking Chips, she already had dibs on them before I had even put the package into the cupboard. Today, she asked to make brownies. They're a family favorite, especially when she makes them. She does a double batch and they're always thick and chewy, yum! This time, the kitchen smelled extra heavenly. When I came in to see what she was doing, she shoo'ed me back out. “Wait til they're done!” she said. When they had cooled, she brought my favorite corner piece on a napkin. Ohhhh. I was in heaven. Why haven't we done this before? She put cinnamon chips in the brownies! Seriously! This girl loves her cinnamon and now I am going to keep HERSHEY'S Kitchens Cinnamon Baking Chips in stock for whenever the kidlet wants to make brownies. They were smooth and melty and sooo good! Like all of HERSHEY'S products, they are made with quality products by a name I've trusted since I was a kid. I wanted to try these chips in my Snickerdoodle recipe, but I have a feeling I'll never get the chance!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved Hershey's Baking Chips for making cookies and other baked goods. I didn't know they came in Cinnamon. When I opened the bag, I loved the aroma of the cinnamon chips. Right away, I found a recipe for cookies to make. The aroma when they were baking made my kitchen smell so good! As soon as they came out of the oven, I let them cool off. My cookies came out delicious, they were just sweet enough, the cinnamon had a wonderful flavor and my family gobbled them all up! As I was baking, I tried some right out the bag, love Hershey's products for all my baking needs.
These chips are hard to find in stores and great to have in hand if you are a chronic baker! They work well in cookies, scones and so much more!
These chips are great for muffins and cupcakes that need an extra cinnamon flavor. I wish I could find them in local stores so I don't have to wait for them to ship to Wal Mart.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these chips in some saffron rolls and they were amazing. They're small, similar to mini chocolate chips. They're packaged similar to chocolate chips. They have a very potent flavor, they are definitely “cinnamon”. However, it has an actual cinnamon taste and not a cinnamon chemical taste. The texture melts similar to other baking chips.

These are the perfect chips for making Cinnamon Scones which are a house favorite. Will be buying these again.
Although I was ecstatic to find these cinnamon chips, I was very disappointed when I received my order and found that the price of $11.97 was for only one bag of chips. The site did not make it very clear if this was for one bag or multiple bags. I assumed the price could not be for just one 10 oz. bag! This turned to be the most expensive bag of baking chips I've ever purchased, if you include the shipping cost. Shame on me, live and learn I guess!!
I use these cinnamon chips to make cinnamon scones. I am unable to find them in any store for purchase, and only through you, if I order them online. It would be super convenient, if you would sell them in your stores!

I used them as a coating for some brownie cake pops and boy were they delicious. I did have a difficult time melting them to a consistency smooth enough to glaze them properly however it worked regardless. They give off a strong cinnamon smell and taste just as Devine. I would recommend this to anyone looking to put a twist in their baking.
