I am always looking to boost my immune system so taking Santo Remedio Para El Apoyo Inmune, Vitamin C Dietary Suppliment Capsules I feel is helping me. I take one capsule a day which is easy to swallow. I like the amount of vitamin C which is 500mg. I take my vitamin in the evening after dinner. I am concerned about getting sick so I am trying to incorporate these vitamin C tablets along with a healthy diet and exercise.

I can't say I've felt a major difference since taking this supplement but it is a good and needed vitamin especially at times like now. So I would recommend and have no complaints.

These vitamin c supplements come in a 30 count, 500 mg bottle. Each supplement is in an easy to swallow, standard sized capsule. Those big tablets that you find tend to stick in the throat, but I have never had that problem with these. I also like that there is no unpleasant taste to deal with. Vitamin C is great for boosting your immune system! It is suggested on the bottle to take one a day. I'm no medical expert, but I wanted to include some benefits of taking vitamin c: reduced chronic illness, manage high blood pressure, lower heart disease, improve gut health, reduce iron deficiency, boosts immunity, improve memory, fight bacteria infections, and much more. Our bodies cannot produce it naturally so we get it from other means such as from fruit and veggies. If you take these regularly, one bottle will last one month so it's easy to keep track of. I do a lot of traveling and meet a lot of people, so it is a staple in my luggage to keep my immune system strong. The bottle is relatively small and lightweight so if you travel with your vitamins and pills, it does not add much weight to a carry on.

The capsules are of a white and light gray shade. After I took the capsules, I feel a lot more energized, very good overall and I have not gotten sick. What I really like about these vitamins is that when I take them, I Don't have that after taste of vitamin C like I have gotten from previous brands. This brand works quick when it comes getting the Vitamin C in your system. The only thing that I didn't like was that the box only brought 30 capsules. In my opinion, 30 days is great but, I wish that the bottle brought more. These vitamins are very effective even when taking them quickly. I highly recommend this product.
With everything that is going on I have been trying to take something for immune support without overdoing it since I feel like I eat okay enough to not need a cocktail of vitamins. These are perfect for that! It is just enough vitamin C to take daily without feeling like you are over doing it. The biggest plus for me though was that usually vitamin C comes in a hard pill but these are in a capsule! For kids or people that are afraid to swallow hard pills these are a godsend.
