[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical at first, but I had been having trouble getting to sleep. Or some days I go to sleep but then wake up at like 1 am, and I have trouble falling back to sleep. On this particular day, I had fallen asleep about 11:30ish, and sure enough I didn't stay asleep I woke up about a little after 1 am! So I got up and grab my bottle of beauty sleep. Took two gummies as directed, and I laid there on my phone surfing Facebook. I started to get sleepy again and it didn't seem long after I guess I dosed off and stayed asleep till about 8 am. It felt like I got good sleep, and didn't wake up anymore that night! Since that night I take it about half an hour to an hour before I get ready to lay down. This bottle of beauty sleep contains 3 mg of melatonin, plus vitamin D. There are 90 gummies so a good supply. The taste is great has natural cherry-vanilla flavor. Tastes like candy, and yes makes me want more!! I continue using these beauty sleep gummies to help me sleep through the night and get to sleep at a decent hour. These are also so much easier to take than pills. I look forward to eating them. Definitely buying some more when these run out.

I've made it a point to consistently take the gummies each night to try and see if/how well they work. As a mom of a 9 month old baby girl and a preschooler, my quality of sleep has been less than stellar. In fact, at times it has been downright horrific.
