Omg those vitamins are great and I really recommend it it's so good for hair, skin and nails.
I used these with my daughter and am now using them with my son and could not be happier. The DHA is high so that makes me feel good. I will continue to take these during breastfeeding (as I did last time) Also, thankful they come in 2 packs at once so it's one less thing to worry about.
