I bought these over a week ago. They really work I haven't had a cigarette since I started using these patches. Just wish they wasn't so expensive sometimes. If you wanna quit smoking these do help. FYI I don't wear them on my arms cause they hurt. I wear them on my chest or stomach area.

But I have a family member that smokes, not daily, but here and there. I gave him to try this out for the two weeks. Indeed it has helped him, but says family support is what fully completes it. This is step 3 so it only has 7mg of nicotine so you would start with steps one and two first which have higher mg nicotine. The patches are clear and stick well. They can go pretty much anywhere so very easy to hide. They also peel off easily and leave behind no sticky mess. They work well in keeping cravings at bay but do take a little bit to kick in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nicoderm CQ stage 3 transdermal 7mg nicotine patch. Helped cut my cravings down a somewhat. My cravings weren't as frequent nor as intense. Patch is clear , stays put until you take it off , providing you are putting it on clean dry skin. I did have to take the patches off a few times due to it irritating my skin and causing some very minor discomfort and itching but once I cleaned another section of skin, and applied the patch, the problem was no more.

These are easy to use. They are a clear patch you put on your arm. With them being clear, no one can see you have it on. I was sent step 3. I'm unfortunately still smoking. I think it would have helped me more if I started with step one, then step two and lastly gone to step three. I think I will buy the first two steps and try again. I would recommend these to anyone that wants to quit smoking but suggest starting at step one and working your way to step three.
