[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This NicoDerm CQ Step 1 Nicotine Patch is a great way to steer away from smoking. It is discreet and clear that are be placed on your upper arm or pretty much any part of the body. It will absorb into your skin and can gradually move to the next step as you start to hopefully use it less and less. It is affordable and no scent is detected.
These are very effective I started last week and I have not smoked since. No side effects they are covenant. The adherence on me is not great because I sweat Alot but I bought bandages that keep patches in place so that helps. I would recommend these if you are trying to stop smoking.

Easy to use and the actual size is in the box. Step 1 is for those who smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day. For 10 or less cigarettes a day start with Step 2.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Per my husband, it's slightly awkward to get these patches on as the plastic cover on the adhesive is more difficult to get off than it needs to be. Once on, the feeling of the patch itself is noticeable for about 30 minutes to an hour and then you'll forget it's even there. He said the extended release formula is awesome with great and long-lasting nicotine dispersal and no urge to smoke during long work hours. He's a fan.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent 7 days worth of Nicoderm CQ patches for my honest opinion. The first night I tried the patches I had crazy dreams. I didn't sleep with the patches on the second night and has no issues. The first day however, I had some nausea all though out the day. That went away by end of day 2. Today I have had zero nausea and no cravings or desire to even pick a cigarette up! I also think it helps that I was ready to quit.

He is a chain smoker but of course smoking is unhealthy so it was time to quit. This did help some cravings but did not stop him from smoking. It also gave him as he reported “weird dreams”. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It may work very well, just that I didn't have the opportunity to test it because at the first try I started to feel hot like burning my skin, so I took it off in case of any other symptoms reaction. After removing it left a rash for quite a while.
No option for me to return item that I did not receive. Delivery driver delivered to wrong home as our driveway is concreted and delivery driver took picture of a gravel drive. There are no options for return under delivered wrong address, only way for me to return is return unused box, damaged box etc. so I'm out $84 due to an incompetent delivery driver who can't read mailbox numbers (basic 5th grade reading skills).
