Really did not think that was possible as I have been smoking for 15 years. This product is amazing not only did the patches help with cravings but they helped with my moods as well. To sum it up nicely I would recommend these patches for a smoker whom is ready to kick the habit in the butt. Wearing these patches everyday for the past 3 weeks has help tremendously with reducing the number of cigarettes I light up a day. Unfortunately, I wasted two patches trying to get them out of the pouch, so I feel packaging should be better.

He doesn't like the gums or lozenges so I was thankful he was able to try these out. He's doing well so far and will continue on keep going. Quitting smoking this way could get really expensive. I'd suggest looking to see if your state has a program that offers these for free. Even some insurances have incentive programs for quitting.
