Definitely see a difference in weight if you take it like your suppose to
Best to make Protein Oats, or homemade Protein pancake mix. The nutritional value is amazing, stack it with a multi vitamin and you're good. Use this correctly in your diet and you'll make good progress, I tend to do one scoop
This is a great product for those that wants to weight gain. However, muscle is more than fat. This helped tone my body through exercise and incorporating a healthy diet to my lifestyle. I used this supplement to make smoothies, pancakes, and so much more. Bought for my boyfriend and I, and he loves it also. My only regret is not buying it sooner. Arrived as planned. Definitely worth the buy. Will be buying again soon!
It's working great my mom is on chemo and is having a hard time keeping her weight up started giving her one drink a day and it's working. Mixing it I would definitely mix it with a blender or something like that . She likes the taste.
I just started using the product I hope it helps me keep my weight I previously gained from a pregnancy, I just had my baby so I'm trying to keep some of the weight on since in the past I've never been able to gain and just lost all my other pregnancy weight.
The taste is good. Quality is good. I'm satisfied.
It's bombbbb with bananas, scoop of peanut butter, and splash of milk. My blender broke recently so I tried it on its own and i hated it so much. Two scoops is SO much I had to only use one. The one scoop filled my bowl to the rim, so just know you're drinking a lot. I did not buy it to gain muscles but to gain weight for ed recovery. Saw other reviews that says they work so I recommend buying it, I'm just a rly rly picky person so I couldn't stand drinking all of this on its own. Waiting for new blender so I can start drinking it again <3
I was not pleased with this product. It does not mix well even with a blender. It leaves a Bad taste in your mouth long after drinking.
This container of whey is larger than one gallon of milk. It says on the side 4 SERVING! each serving consists of two full cups of powder and 24 oz of milk or water.
only 4 servings per container. i comes with a scoop inside that is like a cup and a a half better off getting regular one and taking two scoops
