For me, Ponaris has been a life changer. I have had allergies and sinus and bronchial issues for most of my life, and as a result by nasal passages are very dry —no natural moisture at all. My nose was scabby and this frequently caused nosebleeds, and I was at increased risk of colds and infections. Regular use of Ponaris has changed all this. My doctor suggested that I ignore the dropper and instead just put some Ponaris on my finger and put it in my nose that way and breathe in, which uses less product and gets the job done. I would recommend this as a cost cutter if your doctor agrees. I've recommended Ponaris to many people with the issues I have, and all have found it extremely effective at reducing dry nasal passages. I recommend it enthusiastically. Ponaris and my Mustang keep me young!!!
