Every diabetic should have these tablets near hand. They keep you from having those awful sugar drops.
When you start getting low, you could eat a couple and your sugar will slowly come back up within 10 minutes or so
Hypoglycemia and too low blood sugar. These are a nice flavor and texture. Fairly easy to chew if you have teeth, and do not dissolve quickly. They don't contain yeast. Fast acting duration of action fair. Prevents fainting and black outs and vertigo from low blood sugar. They taste very nice.
So glad I found these. When my blood sugar starts going too low, I eat a couple of these and they help me so much. If you have the low blood sugar, you know what I mean. They work very well. And I like the different flavors. I am so glad I found this item and it does work so well.
I am hypoglycemic and so I have a bottle in every room of my house and in my car and I carry extra in my purse. to me it's very very important because without the sugar I can definitely pass out and worse. so I like this particular brand because it melts fast and gets into my bloodstream very very quickly.
I used this when my sugar goes low. It took 4 of them before i started to go up... Just realized its only 4g of sugar now it used to be 5. The taste is tolerable but could improved.
Thought that I'd try raspberry, but was disappointed with the flavor. ReliOn still works however. Have been using orange which is great. May try fruit punch next time.
These glucose tablets are very good for a low glucose episode. However, shipping is God awful, I hate having anything shipped from Walmart, I either don't get the product, or a refund, or it's left outside on a very busy street entrance where it can be stolen. I'm so sorry the delivery people aren't able to walk up 15 stairs. Of course the management at walmart won't even look at this.
My Kingwood, WV store is always out of them and Walmart.com says out of stock and won't let me order them. Worse yet, they will not accept my OTC VISA/Debit card for payment online, even though the store does. I go low sugar quite often so these are a definite must. Such a hard time getting them or I would have given a 5 star rating.
I just to buy fruit punch and love them. Then they started to taste chemical so I got raspberry now those also taste chemical so I'm done with this brand. Now I go to hy-ve. I was a very loyal Walmart user for all medical needs but this changed my loyalty.
