I called Apple Support andvit was worth every penny. Superior customer support - professional, knowledgeable, patient, and committed to resolve your issue. Super nice! Each issue got resolved very quickly. I'm so glad that I got the Apple Care. I used it 3 times already. More worth it!
I love the IPad I was using my I phone Will have peace of mind with the two yr apple care.

Nice Christmas gift for my parents. My dad had the 2nd generation iPad, with the generation 8 being much faster. Its much easier to navigate the apps to play his mah jong game, read his favorite news and watch dramas. The basic 32 GB is perfect for his needs
It took about 24 hours for the email with the info but it was registered with apple and I didn't have to do anything extra.

Watch what you buy for insurance for I Pads. Some are more worthless than the paper they are written on!!!!!
Some thing went wrong with this purchase, took a minute to prove to apple that I did indeed purchase the warranty. Its straighten out now.
