I bought this camera to take videos of my company's projects to post them on our website and Facebook page. I found it to be limited in the quality of the photos/videos for this application and there are not enough zoom choices. But if you want it to document your personal projects, I think, it is well worth the money. Check out my samples of pictures and videos to see if it is the product for you. On You Tube, there are two videos of timber frame raisings. The one done in Snug Harbor, RI is the one done with this Projectcam. The other was done with a regular digital camera. In the photo samples, please keep in mind that the weather was not working with us - they were rainy, overcast days with spurts of sun.
