This is a great product at a great price. I was lucky to receive a sample from Crowdtap to try out and it provided a wonderful bath experience for us! Gentle and refreshing. Lathers really well. We have to sponge-bathe because of medical issues and this product did a great job. We plan to continue using Johnson's Head to Toe!! I highly recommend this product!!
As a new mom, I've been inundated with advice on everything baby-related. This was an easy choice as both a mom and a pediatric nurse. We use this wash in the children's hospital where I work, and it's always great. My daughter has fairly sensitive skin and has never had any issues with this wash. It's a staple. Highly recommend.
I would recommend this baby wash to all mom's! I was able to test this product free from Crowdtap and I must say this products left my baby smelling so very good! I will definitely buy rhis product from now on! Not only for my self but as gifts as well!
I am very dissapointed with the the new and improved Johnson's baby wash. I have been using it for the past 10 years as a facial cleanser because I have such sensitive skin. The old formula was excellent and my skin always felt soft and not red. The other day I bought a bottle and it said "Improved Formula". I really didn't think much of it until I opened it and used it on my face. I started getting a burning sensation and my face turned very red. It seems like the perfume you put in it is very irritating. You have lost a long time customer. If you want to improve it you should make one with no fragrance.
I don't know who made the decision to change the scent, but they should be reprimanded. Would CoCo Chanel allow someone in her company to change Chanel No.5 perfume? I think not. It's not good business sense to change a pleasant, memorable and iconic scent of a baby product to one that smells like bug spray. I think the "New Improved" (lol) formula should be pulled from the shelves and go back to the original formula. I don't have a child, but I use this to wash my face rather than soap. Currently I am using a store brand baby wash instead. I am glad to see that others are voicing their displeasure with the change. So, J&J, when might we see our beloved original product again?
I saw that 'new and improved' stamp on the bottle and wanted to scream! I took a chance and the first time I used it, I knew it was bad. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one disappointed with the new and unimproved formula. Every time I touch this stuff I break out. I used it to wash my face, bathe my child and clean my make up brushes. I can't find the original formula anywhere so I've hoarded the generic brands before they switch their ingredients over as well. It seems you were trying to make this more moisturizing, but why change an iconic product Just come out with a different formula instead of replacing the original altogether?
Got this in a baby shower gift and what a waste of the person's money. The smell is awful!! At first I thought it was just me but I was talking to a family member and she said the same thing. Said her 4 year old daughter commented that she did not want to use it because of the smell.
I've been using Johnson and Johnson baby Head to Toe since my oldest son was born in December 2010. I recently ran out of my soap and went and purchased some more only to discover what I purchased is NOT the same soap. It's terrible. I am sensitive to smells and can barely stand to bath my kids with it. It stinks so badly like perfume that I wish I could give it zero stars. I can't even begin to express how much I dislike the new formula. I wish I hadn't bought it. Now I get to find new bath soap for my kids. Johnson & Johnson why mess with a good thing? You ruined it!
I will NOT buy this anymore and can no longer recommend the product. The new scent is terrible and too strong. My daughter starts sneezing as soon as I use this and I think it's because the scent is too strong. Never had problems with the original scent.
If you're worried whether this product burns the eyes, it certainly DOES! From that standpoint this is a terrible product. We just started using it on our kids and they both immediately started to complain about severe burns in their eyes along with the crying. Even a slight penetration in the eyes, causes severe redness and burning in the eye. I tested it on myself as well and sure enough my eye burns really badly after I let a little bit of it get passed my eye lids and into my eyes.
