The second you open the bottle your nose is hit with the most delicious, non-artificial blueberry scent! They taste delicious and I swear they help my body relax just enough to get a good nights rest without making me groggy in the morning!

I have always responded well to melatonin but never keep up the nightly routine of it. These may not taste the best out of the 3 gummies, they certainly do their job. I fall asleep quickly, stay asleep longer and wake up feeling refreshed. Will definitely be buying a bottle once these complimentary ones run out!

I fall asleep soon after getting into bed and fall back asleep easily if I wake in the middle of the night. I wake up easily and fell well rested in the morning without feeling groggy. The taste is somewhat bitter, but I did not find this to be a turn off. I would consider buying these in the future.

The only reason I took off the one star is because of the amount of sugar in these, and I prefer not to have sugar before bed. I didn't notice much help with sleep, but they did help me feel a little more relaxed before bed. I can imagine everyone would respond to these differently. I also appreciate the affordability and accessibility aspect of this product. I would definitely recommend to a friend looking to get into vitamins.

The second time I tried them I took two gummies. When I took two I noticed that I was still very drowsy throughout the day. and when I only took one I found that I woke up in the middle of the night. so I only use these gummies twice because I was not able to find a good balance with them. I was afraid that even though I got a good night's sleep I wouldn't be functional during the day because I was still sleepy. I did give them to my 17 year old son to help him sleep. But he only took them a couple times as well and did not want to continue using them for the similar reasons. These would be good on the weekend when I know I don't have anything important to do the following day but these are not practical for me to use during the week. the taste of these was not pleasant at all. this is not something I would purchase.

I makes you falls asleep shortly, but didn't really gave a steady night. The instructions from the packing did not say when is a good time to take. I looked at the Vital Proteins website and found the best to take them is before bedtime.

The taste of these isn't great and I really don't think it's helped with improving my sleep. That being said, I would still encourage people to look this over and give it a try to see if it's right for you!

Although, it had worked for other people so might be great for those who really need help sleeping. The taste reminds me of cough medicine.
