I started taking this when my doctor recommended I find a pro and pre biotic. I go at least twice a day now, and I feel so much healthier. This gives me so much energy in the mornings and could easily replace caffeine for those trying to avoid it.

The reason I decided to try this out was to fill in the gaps in my diet. Overall a great buy and I have another month's worth otw! It could definitely be a good replacement or option for a salad or greens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor wasn't too bad. It was a bit chalky which I didn't mind actually. Shortly after I drank it, things got moving and grooving lol. I didn't feel an energy boost, but I think that's because I do have a high caffeine tolerance. I would definitely buy this again. My gut felt better but i don't really know if it helped with bloating. If it's even for bloating.
