After trying a different (and cheaper) steam cleaner which I was totally disappointed in, I started reading reviews on different steam cleaners and decided to try this Bissell based on reviews. I love it. It does such a hood job on my laminate and on linoleum. I use lowest setting for laminate and it is dry by the time I make one pass thru. I have two little dogs and finally feel my floors are clean.
Works amazing. Does the job. The only thing I didn't like about this product was the extension cord having to unplug and replug as I moved through my house.
I've been through 2 of the less expensive steamer at my Walmart store, which were all flimsy. I finally decided to upgrade to this Bissel, and I'm so glad I did! The steam is more powerful, the cord is plenty long, and the pad is large, so it takes less time to steam. I highly recommend this model
I am a professional house cleaner. I have used many (more expensive) steam mops. The Bissell PowerFresh is light weight, heats up quickly, is easy to use and has a super long cord. The pads are great on all types of floors, even laminate which tends to be fussy. My only negative is I wish the water tank were a little bigger.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the scrubbing mop on my kitchen floor, the other mop is great on my wood floors, nice and gentle. I don't use the fragrance discs that come with the mops heads, I don't like the smell of them and find them unnecessary. They end up in the trash.
I purchased extra mop pads because the steam mop needs to switch between wash. I wish the pad is a little bit ticker. I hand washed it every used but the dirt didn't come out easily. I have to soaked it overnight.
The box came without the Mop Replacement Pads, I had to return it. The box only had fragrances inside.
the item i received is not anywhere close to what the packaged ad started. not does the ad state mop not included. what i received looks nothing like what i was purchasing. I'm very disappointed and i will return the item. look at what i receive and compare it to what the advertisement states. false advertisment.
Don't waste your time or money on this piece of crap! It doesn't steam and the solution runs out faster than you can move. leaves puddles of solution everywhere. Total waste of money. I got a refund and bought the real thing. Shark's steam mop. It cost a bit more but when you're investing in your home and sanitation Sharks steam mop is the best!
thought I was ordering a cheap steam mop what I ended up getting was a very expensive popping pads two pads still don't understand what happened as far as it looks like I thought I was supposed to get a steam mop kit and picture on the package it showed a steam mop kit with pads with it all I got is a couple mopping pads very disappointed having a hard time returning stuff not able to get around very well doing things over the online is very complicated for me having lots of problems getting what I order on online and lots of problems returning it
