I just got this in the mail recently and have been trying it out and I think it's safe to say....I'm in love with this palette!!! The shadows didn't seem very pigmented when I swatched them but as soon as I applied them on my eye with a brush...magical!! They were also smooth and buttery:)
I recently purchased this (when it came back in stock) and I have to say I am enjoying this pallet more than i thought i would. The shadows are as perfect as the other elf pallets I have in my collection. They apply and blend so beautifully. It was the colours I wasn't to sure about but since I have had time to play with them I am pleasantly surprised at how much I love the looks I have created!
All colors are perfect for my shadow needs. You can't beat this deal!!
Good value, good selection within the pallette
These colors are there and pigmented. They blend beautifully and for the price, you definitely get your moneys worth.
I love this palette! The lighter shades allow for an easy subtle look and they work well together! I like that this product is compact and comes with a mirror, making it convenient for on-the-go touch-ups.
This is a great Palette if you like Matte shadows...the colors are perfect and the Palette itself is very sturdy ... and easy to store.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
What I was looking for
I own the original Mad for Matte and love it. So I had wanted to get this 2 and finally ordered it when it was back in stock. I love the colour payoff and all the shades more than the original one. One huge problem is it's very chalky! I have to clean up under my eyes especially using the deep shades. Before purchasing this product, I watched many YouTube videos of this review and they all talked about how great this palette is. Did e.l.f. change the formula?
