Bissell's wood floor cleaner for the Crosswave works GREAT! I have a very drooly dog and once those drips dry on the hardwood floor they leave a horrible film. This cleaner cuts right through the drips in one pass. And it leaves my floors looking beautiful!

I purchased the Bissell Cross Wave floor cleaner for Christmas because we recently put in wood flooring. I used the Wood Floor Formula and it did a great job and left a nice fragrance. I really like the machine. It is easy to use and I especially like that I don't have to vacuum first. It does it all.

I did't realize that some dust was left after sweeping and the mop just kind of left some streaks. Now the floors look great after using the wood formula cleaner. I change out the roller after each use and rinse the used one, let it dry and it's ready for the next change,.
