this oven is cooking very well for us. The operating panel is well thought out. The rolling oven rack is very useful, and the other racks are fine. The flat bottom is good for cleaning drips. Dual oven lights keep you from opening the door to peek. The panel lights make it easy to read the time, temperature and other settings. We like it.
We did a tremendous amount of research and homework deciding what kitchen appliances to purchase and feel we made a great choice with the Bosch Benchmark series! Remodeling a kitchen is a very involed process with many choices to be made on cabinets countertop,etc... but certainly the most important ( and therefor most dificult ) is the heart if the kitchen... the Oven and cooktop. We couldn't be happier with chosing Bosch. The oven has smooth clean lines and all of the functions we were looking for. Homemade pizza was our first cook in the new oven and they came out PERFECTLY thanks to the convection funtion and precise temp control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to replace our range with a wall oven and cooktop, and couldn't be happier. The finished look with thr new cabinets and countertop makes this home kitchen look like a professional kitchen. Still getting used to the cook times in the oven, but I love how well contained the heat is with the insulation. The oven doesn't heat up the entire room as the old one did.
Bought it a week ago, too replace some old what used to be top model of a oven that broke and had its knobs torn off etc. But man this thing feels sturdy, closes right, has futuristic designed all in it and along with the beautiful gas stove top stainless steel, i couldn't be more happier, would recommend and would buy more Bosch products in future! , already bought the stove top , stove and a dishwasher, all beautiful dark grey stainless steel and quality work!
How easy it was to roast the Thanksgiving turkey in my new Bosch oven. The meat probe was so easy to use and such a success!

We got it 2 months ago and so far I love it. First of all it looks great in my kitchen (we also got two other Bosch appliances so they all match very nicely!), it has a great streamlined contemporary look where everything blends well together. I was a little intimidated at first with all the extra features so I kept the manual nearby before using the oven for the first time, but when I went to use it, it was so intuitive that I did not have to look at the manual once. It bakes nicely and evenly without the need to rotate the pan. I also tried baking at two racks at the same time and it works well too. One minor objection is that the timer beep is not loud enough - it can be easily missed. Not a deal breaker for me, still an excellent product!
We just installed this new single wall oven and I've discovered that it goes to just 100 degrees! Before this, I had to use my dehydrator for such low temps. Can't wait to find out its other features!
My new Bosch wall oven, which replaced a GE oven, is a welcome addition to my expanding family of other Bosch appliances; microwave, dishwasher,induction cooktop....As with all my Bosch appliances, the oven is a solidly built, quality oven which offers ease of operation and a sleek appearance. A complete package.
