Used in Ayurvedic medicine for ions, Ashwagandha is pretty much just good for what ails ya.
Since taking Ashwaganda before going to bed, I am so relaxed that I fall asleep so much faster.
Been taking these when I have a hard time going to sleep....now I doze off and sleep like a baby at night.
I have been taking Now brand Ashwagandha for over a year. They work well. I would prefer the dosage be higher but you have to pay for that. So if you're looking for a budget dose of ashwagandha to help you with stress and belly fat, this is it!
I've noticed an improvement on my anxiety level, it does take a few weeks to notice the effect.
decent price decent product
It seems to be okay. I prefer another brand that has black pepper in it, but this is fine so far. Ashwagandha is a good addition to my nutritional supplement regimen.
I wasn't far from a toilet for 7 hours. Fo not take this unless you want to punish yourself.
