I have been using this product everyday for over a year now and have no plans of stopping anytime soon. I have to stop taking it for 3 weeks when I was going through IVF (not because it was bad for the procedure but because it's recommended to stop all unapproved supplements) and I noticed a significant change in my regularity. I was so relieved when my treatment was completed and I could resume taking sparkle fiber which helped my regularity get right back on track.
I have been taking 3 capsules every morning for a few years now and this keeps me regular. I eat a well balanced diet with a good amount of fiber but love the extra fiber these give to keep things moving! Have it on subscription which makes my life easier.
Absolutely incredible! I had gut issues following a COVID diagnosis in Jan of 2021. I've been taking this daily for a little over a month now (along with a probiotic and Love Wellness' Bye Bye Bloat) and I have noticed a tremendous difference in how my belly feels. I started with 1, and worked up to 3 capsules a day as directed, and I feel less bloated and just all around healthier! Bathroom time is much easier and regular as well. I recommend!
I love Sparkle Fiber so much. It honestly makes a huge difference in my gut health and regularity. When I use it, I feel lighter, less bloated, and more regular. And I actually think it's helped my skin out a lot. Since using it, my perioral dermatitis is less frequent and my skin looks smoother and more glowy. It has become a staple in my daily routine. My only gripe is having to take 3 pretty big pills....I occasionally open the capsules and add the fiber into a smoothie but it's usually messy and doesn't mix 100%. Other than that I totally love and would highly recommend!
Sparkle Fiber has insanely helped to keep me regular. I've had irregularity issues for years, and when I decided to give it a try I was hesitant at first, but it DEFINITELY impressed! And it's helped a little bit with helping me maintain a fairly stable weight as well! Definitely would recommend.

This is one of the best products that I have been using for quite a while now. These products are the best, use Good Girl Probiotics, Healthy V Vitamin, and Sparkle Fiber. I take all 3 of these everyday,they have helped me out a lot they are worth it.
I ordered 2 bottles because of an offer I received from the company if I purchased 2 bottles and sent proof of purchase they would reimburse me for one bottle in 24-48 hrs I have received nothing and think that was just a scam to purchase more bottles and would definitely not recommend because they don't work don't waste your money
