I have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep but most melatonin and sleep aids don't work correctly for me (I have ADHD). I took it in a Friday night and fell asleep insanely fast and slept till like noon. Directions say to take 2, but I only take 1 during the week (for work) because they work so well for me.

These say Orange creamsicle flavor and at first they do taste like that but it has another taste blended in with it that I do not favor whatsoever. the couple nights that I did take it I did notice a reduction in my muscle spasms so I still gave it 3 stars. I would love trying these in pill form!
These do not taste like orange creamsicle at all. They also call them "soft chews", they are not soft, they are very hard to chew. I'll be repurchasing my Magnesium because these are going in the trash.
