I liked everything, it looks and works perfect! And it was way cheaper than the appliances stores near me. Im very satisfied and recommended to anyone looking to buy one.
Basic microwave. I've had this for 5 years and the paint is already chipping/peeling under the turn table. It's clearly not healthy to consume food in there now.
Lennar installed this unit in our new home we bought in 2019. Just after 15 months, the breaker started to trip. This became frequent. We got the breaker replaced. After about a week, the microwave died completely. It's 20A fuse was blown. Then we got it replaced. After a day the fuse blew again. Several of our neighbors had a similar experience with their units. Very disappointed about Frigidaire brand.
We moved to CBH homes and all the set looked amazing. But right after working about maybe 3 years (not sure when CBH purchased), at first handle was broken, couldn't find the replacement and now it's completely stopped working. I knew Frigidaire was one of the best brands. I am super frustrated right now. So disappointing!
Had to have item drop-shipped to me even though I ordered it online on the Walmart website. Within three weeks the keypad for the control panel began to blister up and tear. Walmart claims to have a 90 day return policy and said to bring it in. After dismounting it from the wall and bringing it in, Walmart changed their tune and pointed fingers at the drop-shipper. The drop-shipper had only a 30 day (which we were now past) return policy, and pointed fingers back at Walmart who sold it to me. Ended up re-mounting a microwave with a crappy keypad on my wall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had it two years and it die. I replaced the fuse and it die after 3-4 days. Why would design a poorly made unit. Still brand new and now I have to throw away. Because if I replaced the fuse it's going to die again. I need a new microwave now. I'm so mad. And it is xmas….send me a new microwave. I have the stove and microwave the same brand
Worst packaging and shipping ever - arrived with glass plate smashed, shards of glass everywhere. Sold by seller that doesn't back their service, and Walmart that doesn't back the seller. Way to fail.
This brand new kitchen appliance was installed in our brand new house on Feb 2019. After only a few months, it started to have what looked like grease stains on the door. When I tried to clean it up, I noticed that the build up was actually inside the glass. In order to clean this, the door has to be taken apart. This appliance is supposed to be tightly sealed in order to avoid radioactive emission while cooking. It's mind boggling how the massive stain got in between the glass door on this appliance. Last night as I was cooking, I noticed heavy moisture built in the glass door and when I tried to wipe it off, bingo, it was actually inside the glass door. I do not recommend this product and hoping that Frigidaire will rectify this issue with a replacement to a new model.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DR Horton installed 2 of these microwaves in our home which has a separate kitchen for me in a suite. Just as others are reporting, the handle broke off and the replacement handles are outrageously priced. The tiny cheap plastic nut breaks easily. I would never buy another one. It's not an inexpensive microwave.
We moved into our spanking new construction home. This unit was installed my Riverside, looking to replace it because after 2 years it has blown the fuse. Bummer it worked while it lasted..I think microwaves should last longer than this. The handle has really peeled off which is my other complaint. It looks like the microwave was wrapped in steel-looking wallpaper. Looks very cheap.
