This Nespresso machine uses the small capsules to make espresso based drinks. It's very compact and takes up very little space. It heats up within seconds for a quick brew. The brewing process is quick and quiet. The used capsule contain is in front so it is easy to take out and empty. The cup holder can be taken out for bigger cups that doesn't fit on top.
If you want to drink espresso at home, this is all you need. A couple notes, the machine is very simple but can be a little confusing at first. The machine needs to heat up, if you press a button before its warmed up, nothing will happen, but the selection will start as soon as the machine is warm, whether you have put a pod in or not. So don't press a button until you're good and ready. The lever to close the machine can be hard to pull especially with non Nespresso brand pods, but if you close it with confidence, it will go. Finally,the Aeroccino machine is pure magic.
After my "high end" feature rich, expensive Nespresso machine failed after two years I decided to back to basics. This has no wifi connection, electronic pod load, user selectable temp functiins. it just has two buttons (small or large shot but you can set default shot volume), has mechanical pump action pod load. It is the same as or very close copy of the original nespresso models. It's faster than the one it replaced, takes up much less counter space and I find I dont miss any of the "function upgrades" of newer designs.
I traded out my old keurig for this espresso machine and I just have to say I AM OBSESSED. I typically enjoy lattes and cappuccinos more than a regular cup of coffee, so this is perfect for me. It's fun to mess around with different recipes and recreate your favorite Starbucks drink. I have owned mine now for 3 years and have never had a problem with it!
Going from a Keurig to this Nespresso was actually life-changing. It's very small but still makes a great espresso! I've had mine for about 4 years and it's still going strong!
My Nespresso machine just died after 6 years....or so. I purchased the same model, compact, easy to use and makes the best cappaccino. Thank you for making it so easy to purchase...delivered right to my door..and the frother is a delight.
As a road traveler, this has been a delight. Its compact form and frother fit nicely in a tote bag. Both heat in 60 seconds and easy clean up.
I'm the only one who drinks coffee so this purchase was perfect and enjoy my espressos every morning.

I ordered and received one that did not pull water. I packaged it up and sent it back. Another one was sent, and guess what? Same problem. Waste of time twice.
