I can't say enough about the TheraPearl 3-in-1 Breast Therapy Packs. . I bought two sets one to use only for cold therapy and on set for microwave heat, you only need to buy one set I just didn't want to keep switching from hot to cold use for one set. They are the best. Made well and price is reasonable. Great covers for TheraPearl's.
Love they these came with a soft cover. I put them in the microwave inside the cover on a clean plate. I do have to microwave for a little longer than the directions for then to be warm enough to make a difference .
Daughter says these warmers are great and very helpful when used before pumping.
I was on the verge of getting mastitis and was in horrible pain, when I remembered that I had these in my closet. I put them in the microwave for 15 seconds and they provided immediate relief and comfort. If you're breastfeeding or plan to, I definitely recommend having these around just in case.
Easy to use and great for after feedings to soothe breasts.
I absolutely love these! I use it mostly warm for 20 minutes only and after that I can pump more easily. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to have a pleasant experience while pumping (and cold if they are swollen).

these silicone pads saved me during milk stasis, and also helps soothe the skin of the breast after using the breast pump. I highly recommend!
These work great. I use them to pump when I'm engorged and they help with clogged milk ducts. Before purchasing, I didn't think about how I'd be unable to use them with a pumping bra so you do need your hands to keep everything in place. Other than that, I really like these.
Love this product! Have been using regular ice packs but because the shape it was a bit uncomfortable. Also when frozen it doesn't burn with contact.
