This breast pump has a very simple setup and connects effortlessly to the Lansinoh app. The directions are clear and concise with illustrated diagrams for clarity. There are 2 flange sizes included and I found this pump to be extremely comfortable, even on the highest setting. The settings on the pump are very user friendly and I liked the ability to easily adjust settings for my own customized session. There are 3 types of suction styles and several levels of intensity. The pump is also fairly quiet. I could easily pump while watching tv and not have to have the volume blaring loud. I was able to empty my breasts in an average of 10-15 min, so I'm impressed with the efficiency as well. The app was good for tracking the time of pumping, although that information is on the pump itself. Otherwise, I did not use the app much. If you like reminders for when to pump or feed your baby, the app would be a useful tool. However, you cannot adjust the pump settings through the app. I really appreciated all of the extras that come with this pump, such as an insulated cooler bag with ice pack and a carrying bag for the pump. With the pump being so lightweight and compact, it would be great for taking to work discreetly. I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
This pump was very easy to use and the free app as well. I loved how quiet this little pump is! I can easily have a conversation or listen to the tv while using it. It also is great that the time Iâve been pumping is counted directly on the pump itself and the screen is backlit so I can see it easily when pumping at night. The screen helps me to easily keep track of when Iâm done since I am not sitting there waiting for another let down to occur thinking its been less time than I thought. The suction was comfortable and didnât seem as strong as other pumps Iâve used but, actually, extracted more milk! I believe this is due to the secure seal around the flange. This made it much more comfortable as well when extracting milk. I used to take 15-20min to express my milk and I can express it all in 7 minutes with this machine! Even though, I always pump at the highest level, you can easily adjust the suction of this pump to your desired level and the machine will remember it automatically when you turn it on for the next pump session! When pumping, I attach both at the same time and I wear a supportive breast feeding tank or bra. This allows me to sit and keep my hands free to get work done while itâs pumping. The machine itself is very light weight and can become portable by placing 6 AAâs in it. It has a convenient handle on it to aid in walking around with it. The app is great too! You have to log your own entries, but the app pops up your pumping session as soon as you press start on the machine. When done, it pops up the screen to input how much milk you pumped. You can also track diaper changes, feeds, and growth for your baby as well as momâs water intake, breast feeding and pump sessions through this app! I honestly LOVE this breast pump. I'm a second time mom that is breastfeeding on demand but I have a bit of an oversupply and need to use a breast pump after nursing sessions. The first thing that I noticed right out of the box about this pump is that it comes with 2 flange sizes. That's great for me because I need a smaller size and it was included with the pump set already. Not only did it come with two sizes, the reason why this pump is so comfortable is due to the rubber portion around the flange. Typically when I am done with a pump session and remove a flange, it sticks to my skin and hurts to remove. With this pump, that doesn't happen. It's amazing. There are other things that I love about this pump as well. You can either plug this pump in to the wall, which the cord is SO LONG(!), use batteries for on the go OR you can purchase a plug in for your car if you're on the go. It also comes with a great bag to store all of your supplies and has a ton of extra room as well. The cooler is great for working moms or for just anything on the go. I use this pump right next to my 4 week old and it's so quiet it doesn't even wake him up if it's a 4am pump session. The app is so easy to use and it's a great way to track your pump sessions. It connects right to your phone through bluetooth. Sometimes I forget what time I pumped and how much and the app is a great tool so that I can remember those late night sessions. The one and only thing that I'm not a huge fan of is the tubing. There are 3 separate tubing pieces that you have to connect together using small plastic pieces. I would rather have 2 tubes connecting to each bottle without the plastic pieces because I think those could be easily lost between sessions. I had my third baby earlier this year and was initially using the same breast pump I had used with my first two kids. It was fine, but I was excited to receive the Lansinoh Smartpump 2.0 Double Electric Breast Pump as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and try a new pump. This is my first experience with a Lansinoh breast pump and it has been great so far! The pump is easy to use and is quite comfortable. The pump comes with two different sizes of flanges and I found that the smaller size worked great for me. (While pumping I use a pumping bra, bought separately, which I highly recommend.) The actual pump is compact and sleek. It comes with a cute bag to keep the pump and parts together and take it all with you easily. This pump is definitely quieter than my other one and makes a soft hushing sound while pumping. My favorite feature of this breast pump is the ability to customize the suction and pumping style. It took a couple of pumping sessions to determine what worked best for me (and what settings best mimic my baby), but once I found the right settings, I was able to pump even more efficiently. I also downloaded the Lansinoh Baby 2.0 app, which syncs with the pump so you don't have to remember what time you started. The app also lets you track nursing/bottle feeds, diaper changes, baby growth, and even water intake for mom! Overall, I really like this breast pump and plan to continue to use it as my primary pump.
I am an exclusively breast feeding mom to a two month old. I use my pump only to express a little extra milk for my stash or if I am away from baby. I love this pump! I can express milk quickly and efficiently-takes me about 5 minutes total. I hold them on my breasts and in place. It doesn't bother me but I suppose if you wanted to go “hands free” you could buy a pumping bra. I had the Medela Pump in Style with my last baby but I really like how efficient this pump is. It's easy to set up and easy to go from only one side setup to two, if needed. I just purchased some Lansinoh nipples to use for the bottles to try out!
I am so thankful for Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me the Lansinoh 2.0 Breast pump to test. I am on my third little nursling and have used a few different pumps on the market. I don't have supply issues or issues with expressing milk with a pump so they have all seemed fairly the same to me. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this pump. It's so compact and takes up barely any room on my nightstand. The best part is I can put it on my center console in my car and pump to and from work. It takes 6 AA batteries so no need to fuss with any outlet cords. The flanges on this pump are great. When wearing my pumping bra the flages stay put because of the silicon on the edges. Genius Lansinoh! This is also the first pump I've had that I could customize the suction. I played around with that function and actually found that if I use a certain one I can express more milk! This is also the first pump I have used that has a app to connect to. It's so neat to be able to see my previous pumping sessions and how they compare. It also has helpful tools for when you're breastfeeding baby to track times, baby info, and you can set an alarm on when to pump next. I did have some connectivity issues a few times. I think part of the issue is I have a lot things connected via Bluetooth. To fix the issue I would delete my pump in the app and then reconnect. It takes seconds to do this so it wasn't a huge deal. Overall I am very pleased with this pump and have been using this as my main pump since it is so quiet and compact.

It offers hospital grade quality in a convenient and portable pump. Pros: Fairly easy to set up, clean and use. Comfortable flanges that come in two different sizes (25mm and 30.5mm) with two additional sizes available online. Able to efficiently pump due to the custom pumping sessions. At 4 days postpartum I pumped 6oz out of each side in 15-20 mins vs my other pump (not Lansinoh) which takes much longer. It has a battery pack that is built into the pump itself and has a handle which makes it convenient for on the go. The pump is pretty small. I added a photo with a newborn diaper for size reference! The app has a lot of features like tracking babies wet/dirty diapers and reminders to stay hydrated. I didn't use it as much as I thought I would but it's a wonderful tool for new moms or those who like to keep track of things. The pump itself is a fair price compared to other breast pumps. Replacement parts are also pretty cheap! Cons: The bag it comes with is pretty small and very cheaply made. I struggled to fit the pump and all the supplies in it. It's not super quite. The Lansinoh 2.0 was a pleasant surprise. I found the flanges to be comfortable and suction to be adequate for my needs. The pump itself was reasonably quiet with a favorable feature that allows it to remember your previous pumping preferences. The Bluetooth sync convenient although I did not find it to work 100% of the time. I have used several other popular pumps but this one quickly emerge as a favorite. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Lansinoh Smartpump 2.0 from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was surprised at just how small and compact it was. The convenient handle and lightweight design made it super mom friendly and easy to carry while also holding a baby. I also really enjoyed the split Y design of the tubing, eliminating frustrating tangles while pumping and momming at the same time. The pump was ready to use out of the box (minus sterilization) and very user friendly. The multiple settings allowed me to maximize my milk output, actually giving me the largest pumping session I've ever had! The “let down” feature allowed me to keep my milk flowing the entire pumping session. A new feature with this pump that I've never experienced with others was the smart phone app. This unique feature not only made tracking my pumping easier, but it also helped keep me motivated, especially on those power pumping days! The pump was slightly louder than previous pumps I've used, making it difficult to pump in my bedroom at night. I also had to purchase additional flanges, as the ones included were both very large. Overall, this pump is very competitive to any pump I've ever used, and it may even be my favorite.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pumping mamas unite! Before using this pump I read the instructions and claims of it being super quiet and easy to carry. I wasn't convinced pumps could be quiet as I've always made up songs to the beats of my former pumps while using them. However, I was shocked to see that the claims were right! I literally sat in from of my baby and pumped without waking her which is a first. The pump itself is so small and cute I can easily grab it and go. It even came with a bunch of accessories including bottle stands, a cooler bag and a chic black tote to carry it all. My only drawback is that I don't feel the suction is powerful enough. I still had a full feeling after ten minutes of pumping which I would not usually have. In all I would still use this pump in rotation with my other one but not completely replace it.
