I got this for my XDM 4.5 9MM and it fits great and secure. It is meant for the 4 inch XD so the end of the barrel sticks out a 1/2 "inch but that is no big deal. This is an amazing holster for the price. I would recommend buying this without hesitation.
I love the locking feature of the Serpa holsters!! That's the reason I bought them, I got one for my Springfield XDM 4.5 in 9MM and for my Ruger 1911.
Nicely done, but would recommend to manufacturer to redo instructions for clarification. Some of the components used were vague in application in the manual, and took some figuring out to get it right. Other than that, nice item. Very pleased.
I think I paid close to $50 for mine, and that was 8 or 10 years ago, so you can imagine what regular retail would be these days. As a "concealed" carry permit instructor, I recommend the SERPA above all other holsters, for ease of use and adjustability. No straps or snaps or velcro -- One press of the button as you grasp the gun and it draws with almost no effort. If someone tries to grab it -- and doesn't know how to press the button -- it will NOT come out! The angle of the holster can be adjusted, forward and back, so it can be carried 'FBI cant' or even as a cross-draw. Also comes with both a belt slide (adjustable for different belt widths) and a 'paddle' for quick-attach over the waistband, with or without a belt. SERPA holsters are available for HUNDREDS of different pistols, so my only question is whether Walmart can get the one YOU need for YOUR gun as quickly as they promise.
