They work for hot flashes.
I got these cause I'm going through menopause and I have nice sweats and it seems like they're already working
I had tried everything I could find when a friend recommended this brand of Black Cohash. This particular brand is formulated better than any other I have tried. I works. When I ran out, I was miserable. I can't use any type of HRT and must rely on herbal remedies. This is, by far, the best of anything I've tried, and I've tried a lot of things.
This is the ONLY Black Cohash that is strong enough to control my hot flashes any more. As a result of cancer and chemo induced INSTANT menopause, I have been using black cohash for years. Very little else has been safe. The guaranteed potentcy actually does work better than similar products at the same doseage level without the guarantee.
I have severe hot flashes and cannot use HRT because I am a migraine sufferer. This is the best product I have found and I have tried dozens. Time for a reorder!
Solaray has mastered thier product, this is the only Black Cohosh that has worked for me. It not only helps with the symtoms, it makes them completely disappear. I have been taking 4 capsules a day; 2 in the morning after breakfast and 2 at about 6pm. Some times I forget to take it because I feel like I'm living life like before menopause. It is okay to skip a bit once you have taken Black Cohosh for a while, although without it, you will be quickly reminded you are in fact menapausal. I'm so happy to be able to inform any woman who is in question of what to do or try. So hey ladies go for it, you will love feeling like the woman you use to be!
I bought this to help with "hot flashes." Now I find out I need to take it for a least a month to see a difference, but reports say I shouldn't take it for more than 6 months. In addition, it made me tired, so I have discontinued it for the time being. Not sure if I will try it again.
