Easily moved it into the back yard. Unwrap and setup went fine. I went to the local spa store with a water sample, and they set me up with the chemicals and step by step instructions for the water. The tub holds temp fine with outside temps in the 30-40deg range. Very happy. I'll buy their steps soon, they weren't included.
Excellent works great, for small size it has big time relief
I bought this in late Nov. Sam's Club didn't charge me for it for 3 weeks and I didn't hear anything (no emails or calls apart from initial email confirmation of the purchase), so I was getting a bit concerned, but then the charge showed up on the credit card and a third party freight company immediately called to schedule delivery with various date options. On delivery date, we had been given a 4 hour delivery window, and the driver called when he was 45 minutes away. It was so easy to set up, no assembly except the tie downs for the cover. Two strong adults can maneuver it easily when it is empty (a big plus). It looks and operates exactly as described. The surface material seems very durable and is comfortable to sit on. We also bought the matching steps, and they work perfectly. The tub filled with a garden hose in 15 minutes and heated up to 102 overnight by simply plugging into a normal outlet. Some reviews said a cover was not included, but ours was. We have used it several times and love it. I have had larger hot tubs but this is perfect for one or two. If you had any more people, feet/legs would be majorly touching in the middle since the seats all point into the center. When I sit with my husband with legs outstretched and resting on the seats opposite, our legs are overlapping in the middle (he is 6' 200lbs, I am 5'8" 140lbs). There really is no way to not touch the other person in the tub, even with only 2. You cannot "cuddle" with someone unless you sit in their lap, since there is no bench seating, just 4 individual seats. A drawback for some will be the strength of the jets, basically they just make bubbles. I prefer to sit in stillness and soak with no jets, so it is not an issue for me. When the jets are on, it is not overly noisy, like some tubs. The colored lights are tacky (flashing multi colors, no soft fade from color to color). The waterfall is a cute touch, we will never use it. A cup holder would be an awesome addition, no flat surfaces for a drink. Overall, I think this is an exceptional bargain. What we love the most is the price, 110v plug and how portable it is.
I love everything about my hot tub.
I've only had this for a month, but my wife and I love it and use it nightly. At 65yrs old, my wife and I joke about how it would have been..."different fun" in earlier years, lol, but at this age we love it for the therapy aspects. It's really easy to maintain. Don't get sucked into "you need all these products to maintain". A close friend advised me (18yrs ownership of single hot tub) to basically, just add chlorine every 2 to 3 days...and it's been crystal clear water for one month now. I DID have to put a few drops of "Phungy...something from Walmart".(.I borrowed from next door neighbors with pool). It neutralizes hard water when it first gets mixed with chlorine, which will give you a brown "scum" at the surface. It's a "once an add thing" after you've changed your water. Also, I read one review prior to purchase that mentioned weak jets. These jets are awesome for a 110v plug and play. Seriously, you won't regret buying this product. We love this spa!
Set up was easy. Need 2 ppl to move this into place, but that was easy. We poured a concrete pad, put together a metal gazebo, added stairs that have storage for chemicals and ran another breaker for the spa. The add ons we did were unnecessary but just make sure your spa location has it's own independent 15 amp breaker and is 5 - 8' from the plug.
This hot tub is as simple as they come when it comes to set up. Followed the easy to read directions and was soaking with in a day. We noticed that it is also quieter than our last hot tub and much easier to maintain. We love the strong jets, the LED light features and the water fall adds a calming sound that helps create a center point that is relaxing.
We have had this hot tub for a couple weeks. It is perfect for our needs! My husband and I looked at more expensive options, but ultimately decided to save the extra money and buy this hot tub. We are not disappointed with our purchase. It serves our needs. The jets are powerful enough to ease sore muscles. The set up was simple, no extra electrical work required. The size was perfect and it was light enough that it didn't require extra support on our wooden deck. We are very happy with this purchase. We have enjoyed our time relaxing!
Simple and easy set up. Heats up fast. Nice jets. Just what we wanted. Not too big. Can be closed simple for winter.. if you wanted to..
Works pretty good for a $2400 spa, it did take 48 hrs to get up to temp. I'd recommend filling it with hot water if you have an on demand water heater, if its soft water add calcium hardness additive. Otherwise were happy, temp doesnt drop fast when using , its cold in michigan now. As soon as it goes to 103 from 104, hit the temp up button once and the heater kicks on right away instead of another ten minutes after it goes down another degree. For the money im not complaining, we just wanted something simple, cheap, and works ok at thus point.
